facilioo is a fast-growing PropTech platform in Berlin that helps property managers, owners, tenants, and service providers coordinate property-related tasks digitally. Their platform connects stakeholders, workflows, and third-party services in a unified system.
facilioo approached us to realize a new digital product—Eigentümerversammlung—which needed to be intuitive, scalable, and fully integrated into their platform.As their growth accelerated, so did the complexity of maintaining legacy PHP systems, integrating with third-party tools, and aligning development with their strategic goals.
We started with a targeted product delivery and grew into facilioo’s core technical partner. Today, we manage approximately 45% of their IT and function as their full-service innovation engine.
