For the freight and wooden packaging company HTR we built a lean ERP system that runs the complete order processing for its two key accounts KTG and BSF - from automated order intake to delivery notes, invoices and accounting.

KTG Orders

Freight orders are imported automatically from WinSped files, visualised on a map and matched against delivery notifications, scanner data and cancellations. A tariff calculator prices freight, tolls and diesel surcharge per order.

BSF Orders

Incoming PDF purchase orders are parsed automatically and checked against calculated prices. Order confirmation, delivery note, labels and invoice are one click away - including capacity planning for the workshop.

Accounting

Credit notes and settlements are extracted from PDFs automatically and matched to orders. Monthly closings, subcontractor reports and open items - all in one system.
