octo is a platform concept developed internally to address a recurring challenge in PropTech: fragmented data and disconnected workflows between tools.
Property management companies often rely on multiple platforms - CRMs, ERPs, DMS tools, but these systems don’t naturally share data. octo bridges that gap.
Data flows between tools are messy, manual, and prone to error. Without a central layer to unify and standardize the data, teams spend time reconciling differences, troubleshooting sync issues, and building brittle one-off integrations.
We wanted to create a system that enables cross-platform workflows, provides full traceability, and functions as a reliable single source of truth for the entire tech stack.

Born from years of fragmented workflows, disconnected tools, and tedious onboarding processes, DataHub aims to unify it all. Shaped by years of working through fragmented systems and manual processes, the platform is designed to centralize and streamline connections, making it easier for companies to onboard, scale, and collaborate without the usual integration overhead.
octo sits at the center of a company’s software ecosystem and handles the synchronization, transformation, and tracing of data between systems.
glossary-based mapping
By using a shared glossary of terms and structures, octo enables seamless communication between disparate systems and ensures that fields like “tenant,” “unit,” or “invoice” are consistently understood, regardless of the original system’s naming or format, reducing misinterpretation and setup effort during integrations.

connectors marketplace
Integrate CRM, ERP, DMS, and more with pre-built, property-focused connectors, avoiding custom builds and accelerating time-to-value.

addon marketplace for niche modules
Beyond core connectivity, octo offers a growing library of specialized addons tailored to industry needs. From automated financial audits to contract PDF generation and external archive exports, these plug-and-play modules let teams extend functionality without building custom solutions from scratch.
